At Dillini, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!
Order Processing Times:
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatching your order after it's placed. An order is considered dispatched once it’s handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your delivery address. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times:
The estimated delivery time is based on the transit time once your order is dispatched. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Below is the estimated delivery time for orders to the United States:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 4-9 Business Days
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 6-9 Business Days
- 🇳🇿 New Zealand: 6-9 Business Days
- 🇦🇺 Australia: 10-20 Business Days
- 🌍 Rest of the World: 15-30 Business Days
Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. Additionally, international shipments may encounter customs delays, which could extend delivery times beyond the estimates provided.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:
It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct and complete when checking out. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or order cancellation. If we detect address issues, our support team will email you to verify your shipping information within 3 business days. If we don’t receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at dillini.contact@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this time.
Delayed Delivery:
At Dillini, we understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we work hard to process orders quickly. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
For example, courier partners may experience delays due to severe weather, transportation issues, or other unexpected disruptions. In such cases, we’ll work with the courier to ensure the timely delivery of your package.
Additionally, delays in processing or shipment may arise due to product availability, address verification issues, or payment processing delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if any delays occur.
Please note that Dillini is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. However, we will keep you updated on the status of your order and assist with any issues that may arise.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We understand that lost or stolen packages are frustrating. Once your package is handed over to the courier, we are no longer able to control the delivery process. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us at dillini.contact@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you as much as possible.
We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. Most couriers have a claim process and may require additional information. We will also contact the courier on your behalf to follow up and provide updates.
Please note that Dillini is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these are not covered by our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue. If the package cannot be found or delivered, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
If the package is not located, we recommend filing a police report.
