If, after 14 days, you’re still unsatisfied, please reach out to us within 60 days of your purchase for a refund.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate changes. For cancellations made within 12 hours, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable. Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives defective or physically broken, we will gladly provide a replacement at no cost to you. If your package is damaged but the product is intact, this is not considered damage.
If your item is damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at dillini.contact@gmail.com, including a clear photo of the damage. We will assist you in arranging a replacement. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, Dillini cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors. If there are any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. Dillini is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It’s important to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you realize there’s an error, please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot offer a resend or refund for incorrect addresses.
